Adele Files For Divorce From Husband Simon Konecki

Singer, has filed for divorce from husband, Simon Konecki.

British singer, has carefully managed to keep her personal life away from the public eye and the media. But, it’s quite hard to hide a divorce from the media. After a split between the singer and her man was announced earlier in April, nothing was heard of it again. Confirming the split back then, the singer’s rep said she and Konecki were “committed to raising their son together lovingly”.

Simon Konecki a former investment banker turned Charity boss, left his job at Lehman Brothers in 2005, and founded Life Water, an ethical water company. The firm reportedly funds “clear water projects across the globe” with its charity partner, Drop 4 Drop.

I was originally an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and I was doing well and earning a lot of money, but I got sick of that greedy and corrupted world” the charity boss said in a 2012 interview with Management Today.

The couple’s split is proven by court documents lodged in Los Angeles on Thursday. reportedly filed to separate from Konecki.

The couple secretly got married in 2016 after dating since 2011. They had a son in 2012. The chart topping singer confirmed her marriage to the charity boss during her acceptance speech at the 2017 Grammy Awards. She did so appreciating Konecki who she referred to as her “husband” saying he and their son are “the only reason I do it”.

The singer is one of the best selling artists of this era. She has sold tens of millions of records since she hit the scene in 2008 with her debut album 19. She is set to drop a new record in December.
